The Apartment is on the first floor of a newly built complex of nine homes located in a residential area of Kato Paphos.  It comprises two double bedrooms, lounge, kitchen/dining room, bathroom and balcony area.  (Please go to the Photo Gallery page to see some internal and external views of the apartment.)

It is a short 15 minute walk to the sea front where there are many bars and restaurants to be found.  A further 5 minutes walk and you will reach the Harbour.

 

There is a well stocked Supermarket within a 5 minutes walk that provides all necessities.

 

The apartment is air conditioned throughout.  There is a lift serving all floors and the apartment is allocated a covered parking space.

 

All major appliances are provided including:

- Fridge/freezer

- Toaster

- Microwave

- Ironing board & iron

- TV

- DVD Player

 

If you are holidaying with a Baby, there is a Travel Cot available and also a child’s chair booster seat with an integral tray for meal times at the Apartment.

Towels and bed linen are provided but please bring your own beach towels as these are not included in the apartment rental.

 

Airport Taxi transfers, which cost approximately €120 to €130 from Larnaca and €30 from Paphos Airport, car hire and welcome packs* (£27) can be arranged through our local management agent in Paphos. Please indicate your requirements on the Booking Form where indicated.

 

* Welcome packs include Milk, bread, eggs, cereal, tea, coffee, butter, jam/marmalade, water, sugar, fruit and fruit juice.
