Booking Conditions
  1. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure a Booking
  2. The full balance of the cost of the rental will be required 8 weeks prior to the commencement date of the rental period.
  3. A breakage deposit of £200 will be required at the time of paying the balance of the rental.  This will be refunded within 7 days following the completion of the rental period subject to no breakages or damage having been caused.  We don’t expect guests to replace broken items but please let us know so that we can arrange replacement.
  4. Air conditioning is charged at £5 per day for each of the three installed units (Lounge & two bedrooms).  If air conditioning is required, then this must be highlighted on the Booking Form.
  5. Cancellations can only be accepted in writing or e-mail.  The following cancellation charges will apply.
               More than 42 days notice.................  Loss of deposit
               Between 42 to 22 days notice ...........25% of holiday cost
               Between 21 to 15 days notice ...........50% of holiday cost
               14 days or less .................................100% of holiday cost
  6. The apartment is available for occupancy on the date of arrival after 2.00pm. The apartment must be vacated by 11.00am on the date of departure.  The owners reserve the right to adjust these times by prior agreement with the guests.
  7. Only persons listed on the Booking Form are permitted to use the accommodation.
  8. A valid e-mail address will be required at the time of Booking. This will be required for the sending of Invoices for Deposits and final balances.  If this e-mail address should subsequently change at any time, the owners must be notified immediately.
  9. The apartment will be presented in a clean and tidy condition for arriving guests and it is required that it is left in a similar condition on completion of the rental period.  Should it be necessary to arrange for additional cleaning, a charge of £25 will be made.
  10. The owners of the apartment accept no liability for any accident, injury,loss or damage sustained by any guest or their possessions, including motor vehicles, however caused whilst staying at the apartment.
  11. The person making the Booking must be over 18 years old.
  12. Rentals will only be accepted from families or couples.  Bookings will not be accepted from single sex groups or parties.
  13. Guests using the swimming pool do so at their own risk.  Children under 16 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times.  No crockery or glassware is to be taken into the pool area.
  14. We ask that all guests are considerate to their immediate neighbours and that noise of any kind is kept to a minimum, particularly after 10.00pm at night.
  15. No pets of any kind are allowed in the apartment or pool area.
  16. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
  17. One covered car parking space is provided.
  18. Clean linen and towels will be provided for the duration of the rental.
  19. Taxi and driving directions to the apartment will be sent out to guests following the payment of their final holiday balance
