Following the submission of a fully completed Booking Form we will require a £100 Deposit to secure your holiday booking.  

 

We will send you an Invoice for the above amount to your valid e-mail address that you provided on your Booking Form.  

 

This Invoice will be sent to you via the Paypal online payments system.  The e-mail you receive will contain instructions on how to make the payment which can be made using all popular Credit or Debit Cards.  You can also make a Bank Transfer using the Paypal system.

 

You DO NOT require a Paypal account to make this payment using your Credit or Debit cards.  If you do have a Paypal account then you do have the option to pay using this account also if you wish.

 

If you would prefer to pay by Cheque or Banker’s Draft then please select the ‘Cheque’ option when submitting your Booking Form and we will  e-mail you the address details etc. that you will require.

 

We will e-mail you 8 weeks prior to the start date of your Booking with an Invoice for the final balance of your rental cost.  This will be sent via the Paypal system as for the Deposit above and paid in the same way. (Or by Cheque/ Banker’s Draft)

 

The final balance Invoice will include the balance of the rental cost, a breakage deposit of £200 and the air conditioning charges if requested when Booking.

 

As per the Booking Conditions, the breakage deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days following the end of your rental, subject to there being no damage or breakages.
